Mike Anderson is the IT Manager
and Web Developer for HOK Advance Strategies and has been associated
with the
company since 1999. He has over eight years experience as an
IT professional, with expertise in NT systems administration,
IIS,
Apache, ASP,
SQL,
Access and graphic design. Mike has
developed a number of web-based tools to assist HOK and clients
in their project work.

SurveyWeb is an auto-generating survey tool that dynamically
creates, deploys and collects data through a simple Web interface.
With this tool, a survey administrator can create a survey, send
it to a distribution list and track the results of the responses
in real-time.

This collaboration Web site tool provides the HOK group, client
and third party consultants a central repository for project information.
It enables team members around the world to share project documents,
calendar events and team contact information quickly and easily
over the Internet.

Giant http://www.eMailGiant.net
eMail Giant allows subscribers to send files as large as 150 MB to any email
address without attachment limitations.
 Internal
Team Web Site
These team Web sites offer dynamic content for teams working
from many locations, providing news articles, headlines, performance
charts, team directory, calendar, and a discussion board. The site
provides many administrative functions so every member can update
site content and keep in touch with the group. We have developed
internal team Web sites for HOK Consulting, HOK Planning, HOK Houston
and the Atlanta Corporate Headquarters Benchmarking Group.
 Personal
Development Plan Tool
This Web-based professional development tool helps employees
reach professional goals and measures performance according to their
current position in the company. The tool provides inputs for the
employee and reviewer.
External Web Sites - Design & Hosting Services
 Diamond
Homes (www.DiamondHomesofIdaho.com)
The Diamond Homes of Idaho project included developing the
company brand, marketing plan and logo design. Part of the marketing
plan
was the construction calendar, which allows customers to view images
of their home as it is being built, respond to required tasks such
as picking cabinets or carpet, and viewing a calendar of events
of the construction of the home.
Client Web Sites
We have developed a number of internal and project-specific
client Web sites for Pepperdine University, Auto Desk, United States
Air Force Academy, Goldman Sachs, and Nortel Networks.
