Steve Hargis, Senior Vice President, HOK Advance Strategies in San Francisco, California, was recognized for completing the professional development series for the CoreNet Global Master of Corporate Real Estate® (MCR). The CoreNet Global MCR program is a professional development program, which provides essential skills that focus on urgent and critical business issues and communicates competence and successful experience as a corporate real estate expert.

During his 26 years of experience in the architectural and interiors profession, Steve has achieved an expertise in the development strategy, programming, design, and delivery of a wide range of corporate, banking, and high-tech facilities. His workplace research and design projects address the critical elements that face today’s corporations: employee attraction and retention, employee engagement and change management, balance of concentrative and collaborative needs, technology and mobility. Past and current clients include Shell, Nortel, Microsoft, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Cadence and Intel.
