HOK Advance Strategies Announces New Vice President in Atlanta, Georgia

Julian Tablada, AIAJulian Tablada, AIA, joins HOK Advance Strategies as a vice president, in this new position, Tablada will be responsible for providing planning and advisory services that inform clients on how to strategically deploy their resources — for real estate, facilities, and workplaces —  to achieve business objectives.   HOK Advance Strategies Director, Susan Mitchell-Ketzes said, “We are very pleased that Julian’s long history of advising clients in the corporate, institutional, and public markets will broadened our ability to be strategic partners to our clients in the Southeast region and throughout the U.S.”

Tablada brings to HOK over thirty years of experience in providing strategic planning, workplace strategies, facility process improvement, architectural design, project management, CAFM solutions, marketing and sales.  Prior to joining HOK he was a principal with Facility Resources / DBAssociates, an international facility management and consulting firm.  As a principal at DBA, he led the CAFM, sales and marketing, and interior space management divisions.  Tablada has worked with corporate, institutional and government clients including American Express, The Coca-Cola Company, U.S. General Services Administration, Lockheed Martin, Verizon, Hewlett-Packard, and Carolinas Healthcare Systems.
